The Administrator or a Privileged Employee (Fee Submission privilege or Revert Transaction privilege is required) can collect transport fees from the Finance module. Though you will be able to create a partial fee payment transaction for finance fees, for transport fees, you must create a full payment transaction.
At the top of your dashboard, click on Menu > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee Submission by batch.
Select a batch and the transport fee collection.
Process the fee payment.
Or
At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee submission for each student.
In the Search field, enter the student name or admission number to search.
Enter the Student's name.
Click Pay All Fees.
Process the fee payment.
